I've looked everywhere and i cant find one in the houston, texas area at all..i have $7,000 to spend on my first car and I've wanted that car since i was a little kid haha..anybody know anywhere to look??

Why a 1997? The 1998 and 1999 are all the same. The 1995 and 1996 are very similiar. Different bumpers is the main difference. So you should broaden your search that way. Check autotrader.com and and maybe ebay. You might find one close by. Also go to dsmtuners.com under classifieds and they have a lot of listings for eclipses. Good Luck!

Find a friend who is a wholesaler. They have auctions everywhere for really super cheap but only wholesaler's can get in.
