I am sure it is a "times" cover, but I'm not sure of what war. It is a picture of a prisoner of war, and he is sitting on a bench with a sign above reading "CLEAN AND NEAT". You can look closely at the photo and see that even though the soldier was calm, he was sticking his middle fingers up. I know the photo is old because it was in black and white.
I want it, please help.
