Prior to partition, Palestinian Arabs did not view themselves as having a separate identity. When the First Congress of Muslim-Christian Associations met in Jerusalem in February 1919 to choose Palestinian representatives for the Paris Peace Conference, the following resolution was adopted:

"We consider Palestine as part of Arab Syria, as it has never been separated from it at any time. We are connected with it by national, religious, linguistic, natural, economic and geographical bonds.

"There is no such country as Palestine! 'Palestine' is a term the Zionists invented! There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries part of Syria."
- Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, a local Arab leader, to the Peel Commission, 1937

The Arabs who now call themselves "Palestinians" do so in order to persuade a misinformed world that they are a distinct nationality and that "Palestine" is their ancestral homeland. But they are no distinct nationality at all. They are the same - in language, custom, and tribal and family ties - as the Arabs of Syria, Jordan, and beyond. There is no more difference between the "Palestinians" and the other Arabs of those countries than there is between, say, the citizens of Minnesota and those of Wisconsin.

The reason for the conflict between Israel and the Arabs is that the Arabs, plain and simple, refuse to accept a Jewish state in their midst. They invented this whole idea of a "Palestinian people who deserve a state" just to use as a tool to dismember Israel.

Well first of all, Palestinians are not Arabs any more than Germans are Russians. They live near each other and have similar appearances but they are not the same ethnicity. People in the west often refer to anyone with a middle eastern appearance as Arab, but the middle east is actually populated by many different ethnic groups often with different languages (Palestinians, Israelis, Kurds, Persians, and Turks to name a few).

People are always talking about hatred and holy war when referring to the conflict. I think the most root cause of this conflict is the most common cause of wars throughout history. LAND

When Israel was founded Palestinians were literally forced from their homes. The lands they currently occupy are the least desirable territories in Israel.

You wouldn't know it from watching the media in this country, but Israel actually kills far more Palestinians (including civilians) each year than they kill Israelis.

If you want to see where this conflict began you need to look at least as far back as the crusades (or maybe even farther to the Roman conquest of Judea).

Aside from religious significance this strip of land is almost worthless. Yet more blood has been shed there than almost anywhere else on Earth.

I will just explain this simply the fact is this war started after world war two some Jewish people wanted to leave Germany. (gee I wonder why) the team that spearheaded the atomic bomb (probably hard to say for sure) which included Einstein decided to send the ship down to the "holy land" instead of bringing them to America. (probably not thought out very well they were thinking about the BOMB) and so the Arab people were pushed out and they declared war and I saw young Ossama fighting on our side in the film the fifty year war back in the day in a film called the fifty year war. Anyway this goes back and forth for back to say 3000 BC everyone thinks this is there holy land and they fight back and forth. Before Israel that's like 60 years ago the Arab people had it for like 1000 years or so and before that Jewish people had it for like 4000 years. So that's why it's ugly this is where Moses came and this is where Muhammad placed his foot.

This seems like it would be simple why did a ship go down to Isriel? but it appears this question is about as strange as it gets. I've been on it a week and I would say
"how deep does the rabbit hole go???" GIMMINI CHRISTMAS
I suppose I will add that I personally think that the idea of invading what's now known as Isriel was a mistake and or not handled very well. That is the primary problem in the middle east and the ship is CERTANLY the cause. It's to late to go back and change things without a functioning time machine and a very good plan for the people that moved the ship are very powerful people. So Isriel and the Arabs must find some sort of compramise which is hard for after 60 years of war they hate each other. I have been looking over some of the proposed phisics of time machines by the same people who brought you the worm hole possibly I can build one and go back and change convince all of America to sail the ship here?

The most important cause is religion, and of curse that Israel shouldn't be a country. Because it is the first country which was built on Israel terrorism. The Israel people came to this area after WWII and made the country on terrorizing Arabic people.
