I found a weird little metal "device" buried under the skin of my right forearm. I felt strange when I removed it, like something was disconnected from me. Do you think it could be an Alien Implant?

Well, what else could it be if you didn't put it there. Now what are you gonna do?They are going to be mad that you took it out so Iwonder what they will do. Are you sure you aren't a dog. My dog has one and the CIA have come on and talked through it and made my dog crazy. I'll bet they'll kidnap you agian and put it back. Not my idea of a fun trip. Good Luck and God Bless

Seek a psychological evaluation immediately, and have the metal peice submitted to a lab for tests. You might be onto something.
