Im sure not even yahoo themselves could answer you because they have so many, both new and old and some for back up and storage etc. Also yahoo has divisions in most western countries and some eastern countries.

I believe the lead technician working in each department and each country and state are the only ones that could answer that ... but even then they can only report on their own division

Just to give you an idea ... yahoo has just given every customer in China a free 1Gigabyte mail box. Muliply that by how many Chinese there is then you could probably quadrouple that amount for webhosting and games and securty etc and then you'll have part your answer. Then focus on other countries lol

If anyone gives you a figure here theyre full of it.

Whatever capacity they have, it is not enough. Service gets slower on Yahoo every day. It is a good company but I wish they would keep up, or start charging for mail or something so they can give good speed and connectivity.

there are thousands of servers and yahoo acquires more every now and then , each has thousand gigabytes of secondary memory
