As I am walking through a parking lot I see a license plate on the front of a car that said "3M WOJ8"..and I am thinking what the heck does that mean? Then I think about it some more and I realize that if I was looking in my rear view mirror it would read "BLOW ME" I am highly offended at this language. Do you think I should report it?

Back in 1987 the Beastie Boys pulled that trick on their License to Ill album art. Check it out. It says "3MTA3" One of my friends was able to get that as a license plate, too.
We know that the prisoners who were pressing out those plates were cracking up hysterically that the true meanings got through the ol' folks at the DMV.
If you're offended, report it. Frankly, you probably have more serious things to worry about and you'll probably drive yourself crazy trying to actually:
a) get ahold of someone at the DMV on the phone;
b) wait in line to try to get to someone to complain; or
c) find someone at the DMV who cares.
