Firstly, right-click and copy the link...

For E-mails, on Internet Explorer click on "Insert", then "Hyperlink". This will ask you which type of file you want to link to. Leave the "type" as http:, then paste your link after "http://". Click on OK and you're away.

This is pretty much the same method for Word etc.

you can go to them copy address and then paste into email blog or other.
