why do dads get away with murder and the mom have to suffer when cps wont help the mom in a bad time when the child is being abused by there half brother that lives with there dad i have reported it and they say there is nothing they can do and i have pics is there anyone that can tell me what i need to do.. my 6 yr old came home with a bald spot on her head from her 3 yr old brother pulling her hair out and is ashamed to wear her hair up and then she came home with 2 cig burns on her back this weekend...................IF U CAN HELP PLEASE DO SO OR FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME ANY INFO YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My kids came home this weekend from their dads and my 6 yr old daughter has a bald spot on the back of her haed from her half brother pullin her hair out while her dad watched and didnt do anything to stop it... shes also got to burns on her back that look like they came from cigs.. and my 8 yr old daughter also has scrathes and scars from her little 3 yr old brother scratching her when her dad told him to.. and he also told her 5 yr old sister to hit her with the end of a fly swater.... i call cps and the cops and they WONT do anything about it.. hes also told my kids that hes goin to shoot me and they dont care.. i just want to know what i should do because no agencys or anyone will help me.. i think hes got all these inside people.. everytime i mention his name they say they cant do anything.. i dont know what to do.. afraid their gonna come home with broken bones or worse next time.. just want some help... thanks

You should talk with Family and Children Services in your town if the Cops will not help you.

Speak to a lawyer. He will ask you if you have told the police. Then explain to the lawyer exactly what you have said and what you reported and what happened.
This will cost some money (seeing a lawyer) but there is usually low-cost legal aid available in a community.
You can also ask a minister for advice. They have seen and heard everything and live in the community.
Good luck. The lawyer will be able to explain to you why people say they can't do anything.

Get a lawyer and then take this man to court. show the judge all the pictures and any other evidance you have. See if there is a way that your children can give the judge statments about what is going on and being said while at that house with out being at the court hearing. there should be some free lawyers in your state. the courts should help you there.

forget about cps. file felony child abuse against the father, since he is responsible for the child's welfare when in his control.
make sure you have a lawyer because if cps decides to act then, you could become a target as well. cps doesn't like being made to look incompetent and worthless when a child is endangered. they don't like the bad press!

take your lil one to the Dr. and get everything down on paper, you'll need to prove everything, the Dr. is the first step as he's an unbias 3rd party. get a lawyer, the cops don't really care about domestic stuff trust me, and get hold of child and family services. you'll need to prove everything and prove that you're not doing things out of spite. (yeah sounds horrible but they need to exhaust every possible ave.)

ok in case you understand he did it and also you went to the police officers and he nevertheless were given away with it that is time to take action. you need to insurrection antagonistic to him making his existence depressing. or try some detective artwork of your own. workstation files, telephone calls,issues he has offered, sneak round in his room look each the position and if all else fails get payback!! yet use payback as very last motel.

stop sending her there and when he wants to know why you show him the pictures and tell him what is going on. You need to petition the courts to cut his visitation or to make it supervised if he refuses to supervise his other child. Keep taking pictures, keep calling the cops, do not stop protecting your child. Call child protective services on your husband because he is not parenting his other child properly if he is being violent and causing injury. Your child is depending on you to protect her, do not stop until she is safe.
