I have a movie in my Itunes library. I can play it and see it through itunes but it does not transfer to my Ipod. I tried Updating my ipod, restarted the system, I reviewed all the settings to make sure videos transfered when the Ipod was synchronized. I also checked to make sure the movie it is in the right format MP4. I don't know what else to do. please help me!

I had the same problem, I deleated the movie from both my ipod, and itunes, recoded the movie and synced it up, it works great. if all else fails, call apple

Hopefully when you bought your Ipod you got the warranty. This is why you get the warranty, you call Apple and ask them these questions, that's what they are there for.
