went to the usa and found some universities and studying threre mastre's
degree for $4000 which is very cheap for international students
i heard a lot such things that the universities in the usa providing with
"scholarships" student just writes essay+some formal papers and the fee
which was innitially was 20 000 becomes 5000

That can happen. I got a scholarship for business school for taking a few tests too.

You just have to find the right school with good scholarships.
