definitely. filipinos are all over the world. and my husband's former classmate is there. though not really permanently. just for work. but the contract is for 5 years i think..

yes, there are filipinos in port vila vanuatu. a lot of them are working for multinational firms and catholic missionaries in the area. they usually congregate on sunday at paray catholic church in port vila.
