What about it? Are you looking to upgrade to a larger size?
Here are the facts:
No pill or cream exists to enlarge the penis. Don't believe the ads; they're scams and rip-offs. Believe me, if that stuff worked, there wouldn't be a man hung under 8" in all the world. There's no herbal or chemical way to get a larger penis.
There is surgery, however: two types exist. Penile augmentation surgery cuts a tendon connecting the penis so that it hangs an inch or two lower. Another type of penile augementation injects fat into the penis (a sort of reverse liposuction), to add girth and length. Unfortunately, both of these methods leave something to be desired. For the first, not only is it ridiculously expensive, but it only adds an inch or two, and that's only when flaccid. Because all the surgery does is change how the penis hangs, when erect it is still the same size. As for the latter, well, nobody can predict where the injected fat will distribute, and there are high chances a man may get the dreadful syndrome that is only known as "lumpy penis". Neither are good methods for enlargement.
I suggest that you learn to be happy with your size. As they famously say, it's the motion of the ocean, not the size of the boat, and lovemaking technique is about a lot more than just what you're packing down below and what you can do with it- you have a mouth, hands, fingers, tongue . . . the list goes on. Get skilled using those, too.
In the end, if you're really looking to add length, you can go to a good, reputable online sex store and look for what's called a penis extender. They're long, stretchy "sleeves" that fit onto your erection and have another "penis head" at the end to give you some extra inches so you can fully penetrate your partner.

I have a big thick one made of realistic touch rubber that I use on my wife now and then, but we prefer the tongue. We don't need anything, thanks.
