Nice answer, Jessie.. Your post is difficult to understand for someone who doesn't know what an orgasm is..
An orgasm is the maximum height of sexual pleasure. For men, stimulation of the penis, anus, or testicles creates sexual arousal and pleasure. If stimulated enough he ejaculates sperm (which is considered the orgasm itself). For women, stimulation of the vagina, clitoris, breasts or anus creates feelings of pleasure. If stimulated long enough can give the woman an orgasm. Some women can orgasm from penetration of the vagina only, while others need more stimulation than that. During the orgasm itself, the walls of the vagina contract in pleasurable ways. The feelings last only for a few moments, but another orgasm is possible if stimulated further.
If you have never orgasmed before, explore your body and touch yourself. Find out what feels best. If it feels good, keep touching it!

Seriously?! Ok, well it is a feeling of immense release. A point where all the muscles in the body tighten simultaneously and then release. Its the reason songs are written, and money is made. Once you have had one, you are never again the same.
