Take the atomic weight and subtract the atomic number, you'll get a close estimate. Both protons and neutrons are about the same weight (well close anyway) and the atomic number gives you the number of protons.

Find atomic mass using periodic table & subtract atomic no. Atomic no.=No. of protons,Atomic mass=no. of protons + no. of neutrons.
