I have tried Matrix, Fructis, Kerms...not that good! I was wondering if anyone knows if the RedKen Shampoo for colored hair is good? What about Aveda? Which one do you recommend?

What you need to do is get a deep conditioning treatment (Redken makes a few good ones) and use it a few times a week until your hair is healthier. Try not to use a lot of heating implements as well.
Having oil-prone hair is kind of a pain. Usually its caused by over-processing (coloring or bleaching) the hair, as well as frequent washing.
Truthfully, washing your hair daily is NOT good for it. The detergents in shampoos work to strip your hair of it's natural oils, which can lead to more fried, damaged hair.
If you really cant go a day without washing your hair, then a good trick to use is baby powder. Sprinkle it on your roots, then blowdry/brush it out. The powder absorbs the oil completely and gives you lots of body as well.

I would definitely go with Aveda. Their products are a little bit more costly than your average salon products, but it is definitely worth it. I would visit a local spa/salon that sells the Aveda products, and ask for some samples. That way you could try before you buy and see if it works for you. Also, after you wash your hair apply a color safe conditioner to the strands only for moisturization purposes. Good Luck!

Redken is a fantastic product, value for money.. its actually a shampoo and conditioner that does what it says it will do.. I recommend AllSoft, its not to heavy on the hair and wont make your roots oily... Its a great product, give it a try. And also do a treatment with AllSoft heavy Cream, this will make your hair super soft and healthy.. Good luck.

I have the same type of hair. I use pureology ( i beleive only sold in salons). It's the conditioning shampoo and the hydrating conditioner. Expensive but worth it!
I've tried all the shampoos that you listed but didn't like the results. Good luck!

Aveda is a amazing. It's a little more pricey but definetly worth it. It sounds like I have the same type of hair as you and Aveda's all I use.
