cuz i got it..but dang is this really necessary..yeah it is..i deserve it..but do most ppl get probation?..

You're lucky that's all you got, truthfully. Yes, it is really necessary because they don't want you to do it again...especially if your b/a was high. Besides, when you do that your risking your life as well as all those around you. They want you to think about that for awhile. I wouldn't suggest testing the waters either. Next time...it'll be jail. Once that record builds, then no license. Then what?

I sure hope it's something that increases. Not putting down on you, but DUI is very serious and so should be the punishment. Sorry, but I have a wife and kid on the road many times and I sure wouldn't want to lose them because someone paid a $50 fine for DUI and was out trying their luck at it again.

I'm sorry but you should really do 90 days in jail. My best friend was killed in 1982 by someone like you & her family suffers every day. She was only 16.
