Non-alcoholic drinks are provided free of charge (tea, coffee, water, pop), but you still have to tip the waitress.

Ontario law prohibits giving complimentary alcoholic drinks, so no gambling establishment in Ontario can do that. However, based on your level of play, the casino may give you a "comp" (voucher for food and drinks), which you can use in any way you see fit at any of the casino's restaurants and bars.

I haven't been to a casino that served free alcoholic drinks. You can usually get free tea or coffee, though - sometimes even free soft drinks.
