i give mine away but it should be legalized but never will just like pot i don't smoke and don't buy or sell sex but alcohol is legal and just as bad as the other two but all the elected officials who vote on such laws are Christians and would never let the public know they are doing this stuff and worse if both were legalized it would regulate it it would create jobs it would bring in tax dollars for revenue it might help lower my taxes and your taxes . both have been illegal since before i was born and NOBODY government police whoever can do anything about it people are going to profit from it the politicians are to stupid to make it legal like George Carlin said America is the only country in the world it is illegal to sell something that it is perfectly legal to give away i could go on with good reasons all day and can give 5 good reasons for it for every 1 reason someone has against it in Nevada where it is legal i don't think there has ever been 1 case of HIV found

There are counties where it is legalised and therefore controlled. Prostitution is an age old way of life (forget about it being the oldest profession, that is at the feet of the assassin).

The biggest need is that of health. However - getting rid of pimps is also very important for the welfare of the woman.

It will also help those who want to leave and get other jobs.

It will also help tackle the drugs problem amounted prostitutes.

It confines and controls what otherwise is a big problem

Because it could be controlled and run like a proper business, and the girls and women involved could be treated health wise as far as not spreading any venereal diseases and they would not be beaten and bashed by the pimps. Also they would get paid accordingly for their services instead of the pimps getting rich from what the females have to do, and they would have a choice of what services they provided.

The court docket gadget is already slowed down via volumes of victimless crimes - of which prostitution is merely one, (playing, etc.). Legalization would take prostitution out of the administration of prepared crime & carry it lower than regulation via community jurisdiction. A code of ethics would properly be stepped ahead to shrink the violent element. regularly occurring medical exams can make the vocation safer. The tax gross revenues ought to help administration our starting to be fee of living. The police rigidity ought to liberate thousands of guy hours for study of crimes that do not contain mutual consent. The feminist challenge will be counterballanced via the very undeniable truth that there will be male prostitutes besides. can't we tolerate that? We settle for smoking. properly regulated prostitution would have a lot less unfavourable result on public welfare than 2d hand smoke. regular attempting out for aids & different STD's ought to diminish the spread of those epidemics. Morally, enable's get genuine. are you able to imagine of a reason no longer to legalize prostitution?

I think its their body and they can do what they want with it,same goes to the "buyer"Except for child prostitution as long as its and adult then its their choice to make. And legal or not i really dont think it makes a difference because they(sellers and buyers) can find ways to overcome their obstacles and get what they want.
I know its not a very nice or decent thing for someone to be doing, but i think thats just reality.

Prostitution will never be legalized. Prostitutes have the same right as all other felons.

I think it should be legalized because every time human society has used the law to fight sin as a crime the result has been corrupt government, corrupt law enforcement, and a rise in violent crime.

Most women are forced intop this insdustry from foreign countries and in the US, and even online porno, so I think it should never be legalized because of the sex slave industry.
