Autumn Took You Away:
Life was a flower,
It budded and bloomed,
Expanded and showed its beauty.
You were the flower is my life.
You made me smile, you made me laugh,
You were my inspiration.
The autumn took you away.
Life was a lake,
It rippled and flowed,
Stopped and all was tranquil.
You were the lake in my life,
You made me smile, you made me laugh,
You were my inspiration.
The winter took you away.
Life was a flower,
Fallen in the autumn.
Life was a lake,
Frozen in the winter.
You were my flower,
Who has now fallen.
You were my lake,
Who has now frozen.
Yes, the spring will bloom,
Yes, the summer will blaze,
But never again will my lake flow,
Or my flower blossom.

I believe it is very well done. It has alot of feeling and a deep meaning. I did feel sad at the end. But if that was your objective then it's a hit!!! A PLUS!!!
