No
But if the question had been --- have you Ever felt that way -- that answer would have been a resounding YES

I have learned, however, to control IT, as opposed to IT controling Me !! Therein lies the key for TV for ME--- there was a time a while back when I was a slave to the thing and what they had for me--- wasn't happy with it-- but-- what the hell--- and it just seemed to get worse and worse--- until a while back --- I decided enough already and simply pulled away from it all together !! Found that that didn't work either-- was missing entirely too much stuff that was in certain way -- vital input-- SO
after some three or four years now-- I have hit on a balance of what works for me--- I've got a way to deal with it now that works-- I do not watch broadcast--- I tape or tivo EVERYTHING that is of any interest--- this way--- the commercial waste is over--- then I do my own programming--- put what is important and pertinent at the time on when it's right for ME and the stuff that turns out to be trash--- which is a great deal of it--- gets dumped-- STOP being a slave to the broadcasters and take control of your own program schedules and content-- the technology is there and it isn't THAT expensive or complicated --- Use it and set yourself FREE !!!!

I agree. I have never owned a TV although I used to watch a lot on my parent's TV. But eventually we realized that there is nothing good on. We only watch the news now and you can get that on the internet. I for one will not be getting a TV and suggest you sell yours as well.

No, but then I use Tivo to only record what I want. The rest of the time I'm using the tv to play video games.
