the cost isnt figured by a forum of internet strangers take it to a taylor or seamtress they will tell you what you owe duh lol

It really does matter, like how much you are getting altered and how, and the quality of the person.

Find a taylor in your area and get an estimate and if that is too high, try another one.

ive gone to seamstresses, just for the simple fact i dont trust some dry cleaning places for alterations. but anyhow:

for minor alterations, usually like less than 5 bucks. its not expensive at all.

it just depends on what you want done? if you want an article of clothing totally redone, redesigned...yeah..its going to get more pricier depending on the detail you want.

We would really need to know how much altering it needs. I agree with the other person...just take it and they can 'size it up' for you and maybe give you an estimate.
