I think you are asking why there are teachers from other countries teaching in the US?
Some school districts have trouble finding teachers to fill the positions they have because they are paid so poorly. They can find teachers from other places to fill the positions because they are eager to go to the US.

Apparently there aren't enough (truly qualified) USA teachers available.
"No child left behind" may be dissuading a lot of potential future teacher prospects from entering the field because they read about our colleges and universities trying to teach college-level courses to students with less than high school scholastic acheivement levels. Another great idea whose time should never have arrived.

ok i am confused with your question but if it is our teachers to teach students from india for example i think it would be so that even though there from a different country they will still be educate a student is a student

if it is vice versa teachers coming from other countrys to teach our kids i think its because there is a shortage in teachers and there is such a huge demand for good teachers

i hope that help :)

You are misinformed; the US did not need nor has she ever needed teacers from other countries to teach her students. Please try China, India, Pakistan or Darfur.
Thank you for your interest.
