The sound that Lloyd makes in the van that looks like a sheepdog in Dumb and Dumber.
He even claims that it IS the most annoying sound in the world!
My ex-boyfriends mothers voice comes a close second though.

ohhhh so many choices, nails on a black board, Jim Carey chanting "I'm worth 20 million dollars", the fat kid on the bus having an asthma attack, the constant ringing of the phone when you know it's a telemarketer. and there are more i could name but lets choose one that really gets you stirring and the blood boiling............................ the most annoying sound in the world. is the humming skip from your DVD player when you are trying to watch the brand new DVD you just bought. it sucks cause now you have to go back out and get a new DVD player, lets be honest there is no way you are going to use your ps2,ps3, or xbox360 that means unplugging it and replugging it back up.like that's ever going to happen

For some reason I find a person whistling very annoying. I find myself asking the person doing it to stop.

that question because its always followed by a weird annoying noise!!!!!.....no really i would say a car alarm going off or your stupid neighbors keeping u up all night by having loud sex and banging on the wall wont stop them!!!
