I don't think you mean decimal. You want to change the numbers so your graph doesn't need to be 3' by 3'. Change the value of each point on the graphs axes to make the total graph smaller. If each axis point is worth 5, then 28 is just 5.6 points out from 0,0 (origin).

to graph something the item doesnt have to be made a decimal.....its a matter of scale...eg divide all the results by ten...so 13 becomes 1.3 & 28 becomes 2.8...scale can be what ever you decide......if you divide by 2...13 becomes 6.5..and 28 becomes 14..... so you can make the graph as large or small as you like...
