NeEd HelP StARtiNG mY OwN BusInEsS!?

Iv decided to start my own janitoral business with my friend.Im only 16 but i have 5000 to start out with.And i do understand that i can legally own a business till 18 but the name will be on my mom till i turn 18.Where would i need to start?How do i get clients to sign contracts with me to clean their offices?And advice or help?Where can i get free information?PLease help!!!
