Yup, it's totally free! Great website, actually, I've found it pretty useful whenever I'm curious about a product.

Completely free :) Just register, activate the account through e-mail, and you're a member! You can do anything--chat, swap used makeup with other members, look at product reviews, write reviews, etc. I'm a 2-year member on there and while product reviews are very useful for reference, I like their chat feature most. You can ask questions there like on this website, as well!
