had electrican change the panel ..have power in the house but the electrican says im not getting enough power from the pole or it has to do with outside whats wrong ?

A meter that does not turn is a good thing. yo ho!!!

It sounds like the electrician bypassed or damaged the meter. I would call my electric provider and tell them what you had done, what happened and what the electrician said. The electric company will know soon that the meter is not working anyway. You do not want them to think you did it on purpose ( that is against the law ). If the meter is damaged or just quit, they can send someone out to replace it, and they can tell by looking if it was bypassed. Be upfront and you will have no problems.

he is lying ,,,,do you have anything running? you can have a 200 amp box easy
