I have to write a bill for a government class. I have to write it as if I were Ralph Hall, a republican congressman representing the 4th district of texas. (very conservative.. though moderately democratic at the same time)Therefore, it has to be relevant to the district an dsomething that he would obviously agree with. I have to state where the funding would come from, the purpose of the bill, and general information as to why this is a good bill to pass.

too bad you must be so reverant!

if i could possibly get away with it, i'd get a real charge out of writing Ralph Hall a dollar bill. like, a xeroxed dollar bill, a real cheap forgery. since he is conservative, he would appreciate that you did not spend too much money making it for him. and since almost all politicians use our tax dollars to first pay themselves and give themselves non-social security health care for the rest of their lives as well as government protection even after they leave office, maybe he'd like it that you prepared a new Tax Dollar, just for him! hehehe!

the answers to your questions are so easy: the funding would come from you. it would not come from the treasury: that creates inordinate expense on the taxpayers.

the purpose of the bill is to help ralphie support his reelection campaign. one dollar goes so far these days!!!

you could write onto your xeroxed, forged bill that you will gladly give him many more of them to support the furtherance of the national rifle association's continued efforts to keep guns in the hands of law abiding citizens of texas. there. now, you have even supplied ralphie the means by which to support another Bill: the 2nd amendment bill.

i think that the people of texas would readily agree to this effort of yours to give mr. hall some money for his reelection without raising their taxes, as well as funding for the furtherance of our 2nd amendment constitutional rights in the great state of texas.

now, why it is a good bill to pass: any good forger can pass their bills all over the place. at 7-11s, at white hens, to islamic taxi cab drivers that refuse to (a) take a passenger from the airport that happens to be carrying a case of sealed wine that she purchased at the duty free shop at the airport; or (b) a blind person with a seeing eye dog, since it is against their religion to allow dogs to be in their presence. you see now why it's such a good bill to pass?

have fun!!!
