For instance if I stole a TV from a blind person is it wrong?

The tv would be useless so take it and enjoy.

It is wrong to steal from anyone and morally wrong to steal from someone that is handicapped. The blind can still hear the shows and the deaf can feel a beat... most people like to have noise around even if they cannot hear or see it the same way that others do.

Uh, YES! It's wrong to steal from anyone, but remember, whatever you do to others will come back to you. It may not in a week, a year or 5 years, but it will come back. Whatever you place into the universe reciprocates.

Well, first of all why would you want to steal from anybody? That's wrong in itself, but to steal from a person who is completely defencless is VERY wrong, ie disabled, blind, deaf etc. You are wrong for even thinking of doing it.
