From what you describe you deserve a break. I am not sure about your job but can you retire and get a pension at 25 years? Consider retiring if so and travel and enjoy yourself. If not, maybe a leave of absence from work to travel and try new things. You need to think about yourself now. You spent your life doing for others. What are your interests? Go back to school, start a business, volunteer, get a complete makeover, join a gym and work out.
Take some time and write down what you always wanted to do and go after your dreams.
ALL MY BEST!!

Hey, welcome to the real world. You're telling us you have been living you life and what...enjoying it or not enjoying it? You made all the choices along the way. And, I know that each choice you made was the best you could make at the time. You will do the same thing now. You will look at your alternatives and make whatever you consider to be the best choice. Remember that, remember what you have done with your life. You are proud of your family, proud of the life you have lived...for it was lived with the best in you. What direction will your life now take...whatever direction you want it to take. You are, after all, the master of your own destiny. You have learned how to love yourself, to accept yourself as you are, without judgment. When you have learned to love yourself you can take on any challenge in the universe. Go for it.

It's very hard to change your schedule or daily rituals once you realise that you have successfully become institutionalised. It will take a great effort on your part,But nothing is impossible.Your ability for change is only matched by your willingness to succeed.
