try paying with cash :) or if it`s an online payment make shure that the website is accepting secure conection ssl, also make shure that the site has a verisign certification or it`s not a web site that steals you`re credit card. You can try using paypal, i am using it for over 2 years now and i didn`t experienced any problems, i got some refunds when i didn`t receive my products.

My opinion is banking on line.Because the bank will direct debit or credit your bank account at the same time, you may monitor your bank statement and detail through the screen display. Most of the organisation and personnel are willing to do the e-business in PC if the security design is powerful because it's simple and save our time to waste a time at destination and write a manually while we can process many business at one place time.
In Asia, we will often apply the banking on line to settle our payment. The system is convenience us to pay our electrical bill, telephone bills,Astro Bills, mobile bills even the credit card payment too. Have a try !

The no brainer answer is pay by hand with cash, but we all know that most of the time that just can"t happen. I bank with Wells Fargo and I use on line banking. I have had no problems with them

Paypal, but be warned, alot of scam emails say it's paypal but are really just people trying to get your numbers, so keep your eyes open for suspicious "we need updated account information" emails.

pay pal pays compensation if it all goes belly up.
Try see if the others do this- I am not sure as I have only ever tried paypal.
You can get the banks to wire money from one account to another- though if its abroad, it'll cost you.
I still think the safest -and quickest- way of transfering money is good old fashioned cash.
