I am black and the hairs on my arms are dark. Should I be able to bleech them without them being noticeable?

bad idea. the bleach will lighten your skin too. talk to a cosmetologist about professional services available. careful now, bleached arms will be very noticable!

get the sally hansen more suitable potential cream hair bleach, its about $6 at objective and it truly works large. one can see the hairs, yet believe me, you do experience diverse! lol all you do, is you mixture 5mL of the flexibility and 10mL of the cream, mixture properly, then practice to the completed arm frivolously. After 10ish minutes or so, youll be blonde.haha! it truly works truly large, besides the undeniable fact that it does placed on off quickly. you start up seeing your black hair in about below a week. wish i helped :]

They will be noticeable.
Try waxing or shaving them instead. Bleaching will turn them blonde which will make them stand out against your dark skin.

If you look close enough, yes. and the feel will still be there. whe it comes to arms, shaving should be fine.
