For things to change for this country, to heel, we need a real person to lead the decisions of this country people need no longer identify on party lines both demarcates and republicans once they reach positions of power they go with the people who paid to put them there. The common man no longer has a chance because the old money is happy with things just the way it is. Even on most questions I reed here it is a fight instead of a brainstorm. If one thing I’ve learned in life is you can never have too much information and the more you plan the more likely you are to succeed. There is always an option but most of the time people rather recite what they hear rather than try to figure out why they think that way. If you take a differing belief as an attack on what you believe you are scared that you may be wrong.

Well I think your wrong, I think most Americans are very patriotic even the point of being extreme about it. The ones that hate their country probably hate it for the same reasons alot of Australians hate America too, its all politics.

it's not that they hate the country, they hate what it has become. since the american founding fathers, the government and its supporters have let the power go to their heads and are doing what they want, regardless of what the people want. i for one am an american and do love this country, but would like to give a few of our officials a piece of my mind, or my fist, which ever works best!

i am a white american muslim. i do not like the majority of people in this country, nor do i like the majoirty off people even in muslim countries. i love the land though, most people have a hard time with patriotism in any country because they do not want to portray themselves as some one who condones the nature of their government. so there for they shy away from patriotism. how ever i believe that standing up for what is right and refusing to support hipocraites with in your own governmnent that is showing patriotism.

we call ourselves the richest country in the world, yet we can't take care of our own people. A good chunk of the population has no medical care, there are a lot of homeless, a lot of people can barly survive in this country, it makes sense why they don't like it.

I don't hate it. I don't like its history and I disagree with many of its policies but I don't hate it. Because of free speech, people are allowed to express negative feelings towards America.
