before it can be a legally binding document?

A watched an A&E special where a woman really asked the hit man(undercover police officer) for a contract. She wanted everything nice and legal as she was planning to have her husband killed. She had heard the term "Contract Killing" and took it literally. The undercover officer provided one for her. I think she had it notorized. It make for a great piece of evidence in court.

Two typos: I instead of A watched, and it made instead of it make.

Anything illegal, you do not want any documentation of any kind. I am certain that a contract killing falls under this. More and more people are caught because undercover agents make the deal and the person is arrested. In the last few years, hit men or women have snitched to the police and that person was arrested. THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. No one has the right to take another persons' LIFE. Hopefully, anyone who does this will be behind bars for a long....long time. Does this clarify your answer.

No,this is strictly a "shake hands" deal because its illegal, but most of the time the payment is done after the job is done so there is no need for legal binding (cause if you dont pay you probably end up dead anyway)

it cant be legally binding because its not legal, contract killing is just a term for some one agreeing to kill a person for money, there is no actual contract that is signed.

I work strictly on the honor system. A handshake is usually as good as a signed document, because most people, like myself, are basically decent human beings.
