i'm trying to figure our what the opposite is called. like subtance abuser is a euphemism and drug addict is...

anyone get one i am asking please help.

A euphemism is just a word for sugar-coating the truth. It may be dysphemism in the dictionary but I would say it's cold hard fact or the unvarnished truth.
