how do i stop excessive sweat from my armpits?

I have hypohidrosis, I sweat exessevily on my armpits for no reason, no physical movement, and at normal tempature. What is the best thing I can do, or use?

go to your doctor, there are treatments for this.

The only thing I know of is a prescription strength deodorant called Drysol. Need to get a prescription from a doctor.
