Organic apple cider vinegar is the bees knees !!! If you put 2 tablespoons of it in a glass of cold water and drink 1/2 hour before each meal this will be of great benefit to your digestive system by helping it to be more efficient. When we eat too many acid foods (mainly white food and junk food) our digestive system gets weighed down with all the extra work. Apple cider vinegar realkalizes your system and relieves constipation, thus ridding the body of unwanted toxin build up in the digestive tract. With all those extra toxins out of your body any nasty outbreaks on your skin or lingering headaches will vanish as well !! Thus giving you more energy to have fun and live !!!


More ??? Put 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix to a paste while fizzing. Get some cotton balls and gently rub over your face as you would a moisturiser, concentrating on problem spots. Then rinse with a face washer and warm water. Voila !!! Wow !!! Looking good babe.......... very effective cleanser, very cheap, all natural and no unwanted side effects !!!

If you fear, as Julie does with probably no actual first hand experience, that the vinegar will erode your tooth enamel just use a straw........... I, however, have used it as suggested and my teeth have never been whiter.......... :0)

Apple Cider Vinegar is good for many things. It acts as an anti-inflammatory reducing water weight gain. It is good for arthritis pain as well. If you take it be sure to drink plenty of water because they acid may cause your skin to break out.

Look online for other uses.

the way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. cider vinegar will not help you

First off, do not sip any form of vinegar throughout the day. It will eat the enamel off your teeth in no time.

It is great to kill fungus on feet if used daily.

It is great for soaking cucumbers that have been sliced to eat (leave sit in fridge for one day)

Other than that, it is good for cooking with.

It can be great when cooking/frying potatoes,onions,bacon, keilbasa, a little flour along with some celery seed.
