where a bit darker shade of make up but make sure you blend it in well. Try different shades of color for eye shadow. and if you where eye liner you should probably not wear it all around the eye. just take it from the outside of the lid to the middle of the lid this will make your eyes look more open.

The problem is that the hair dye is too harsh for you. After this hairdye grows out, go with a softer reddish/brown...It makes a very big difference and I am talking from experience. I also have hazel eyes and sallow skin, and since I went with the softer color hairdye, my makeup looks so much better and I look younger and more modern. Also another suggestion is to dye your eyebrows the same color as your hairdye, or just get cream bleach and dye them, and your face will look more modern, softer and lovely. Your eyebrows are making you look older. Also to make your eyes look more uplifted, highlight the outer edge with a highlighter and do not use dark eyeshadows, use bronzes, with a lighter shade on top of eyelid. But that highlighter in the corner of the outer eye will lift the whole eye up and give you a more cheerful and uplifting look. Try it.

Lighten the color of makeup. Powerful hair will over power everything, if you let it. Try these things.
You need to thin out or even lighten the color of your brows.
Wear a brown eyeliner to get the green in your eyes, with Black mascara. Day wear.
Since its a RED, Wine color, you need to match the "shade or hue" of undercolor with you lips. "Dark"- Evening or Drama look.
Green eyes look great in purple (darker) eyeshadow and liner. Try that with some pale pink lips with lots of gloss. That will really brighten your face. Depending on the darkness of the liner, this can go for day or night.
NOTE: the darker the hair the lighter the skin the greater importance of a GREAT hair cut.
Good luck.

well it depends on your style. I would go with black eyeliner and black mascara. The color you dyed your hair with is a pretty dramatic color so you don't need too much make-up. If you want to make your eyes stand out.....black eyeliner and mascara...and just put on shiny gloss. I like the natural easy going look.
