And how to fix it, if possible?

I clicked on a link and a blank page comes up and it says "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. "

Start/Control Panel/Performance and Maintenance/System/Advanced tab/Performance, Settings button/Advanced tab/Virtual Memory, Change button/bullet System Managed Size.

Also it is possible that you could use more ram. How much ram do you have?

Yep, it just means you ran out of memory. A simple reboot should do the trick.

if this happens on all pages then your computer is either very old and slow or it has a virus or spyware on it. or if this only happens on one page it may just be that that page is messed up.
