Sometimes I watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and when I see those families get happy and sad and start to cry, I cry with them. I don't understand, I'm a man, a black man and I'm not suppose to be sensitive or care about others feelings. What is wrong with me.

cause you relate to them or you think you can relate to them... you can picture how it would be like to be in that situation and that is something not everyone can do... i've got friends who aren't like that at all, they are logical and practical to the extent they can hurt others feeling, but i'm different, i'm like you and i used to feel like you... but later i realized, it's a gift! be thankful, i'm sure you give real good advice and all your friends and family come running to you to share their joy and sorrows! it's a beautiful thing really.. xD

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with you. Just because you have feelings does not mean that you are any less of a man. I have seen many men cry and I think that is when they are at their strongest. When a person, any person, can fully tap into their emotions and truly feel them that is when they are their strongest. This society has put such a bad mark on emotions that we forget that we are HUMAN. We have FEELINGS. They are not a bad thing to have at all. Some people believe that to love their children too much is a sign of weakness.

Never be afraid to feel what you feel. If you cry then just cry. It is extraordinarily therapeutic to do so. The more you bottle up your emotions the worse life will be for you.

There is nothing wrong with being sensitive or caring about other peoples feelings. Even if you are a "man, a black man" it is NOT wrong. My Grandpa just died today, how would you feel, I've been crying all day. Besides, women love sensitive men.

Theres nothing wrong with you when you see people happy it makes you happy and that makes you a good person if you didnt care about others the way you do what would you be. Stupid i cried when my friend cried cus this girl just told him that the girl that he liked practically hated him. At least your not afraid to let your emotions flow like some people.

You are obviously a very emotional person. This has nothing to do with race.A lot of people are like that too.You have a caring and compassionate heart for a man. This is good.
