Cs2Co3 (Cs2CO3) has one more ion than CH3Co2Na . On dissociation the former gives 3 ions but the latter 2 ions. Acetate ion is monovlent ,the carbonate bivalent. Both the Na and Cs ions are monovalent ion. For the sake of neutralisation of charge caesium carbonate needs one moremonovalent ion.
