I saw An American Haunting, and Stranger than Fiction.
I thought Haunting was horrid, I wish there was more focus on the witch, Stranger than Fiction, was okay...not the greatest.
What did you see? Whether on TV, DVD, or in the theater, and would you recommend it?

I saw Bridge to Terabithia! It was SOOO good! It was relatively true to the story, I only think that the mythical / imaginary parts would obviously different depending on how you imagined it while reading the book if of course you read it. I cried my eyes out, even though I knew what was coming...it was so touching though, worth the sadness, cause in the end you do get the intended message from the book at the end of the movie.

G. I. Jane and Basic Instincts.....both were very good. Demi Moore doesn't realize she's set up by Washington to be the first woman to go thru Navy Seal training...the most punishing of all..
Basic Instincts, has Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas in it. I never go see movies, so when they are on tv, the movies are all new to me. This is good drama, detective hunts down killer type.

I watched The Departed and Jerry Maguire on DVD (I love both), Murder By Numbers, Enough, the Breakfast Club, and Napolean Dynamite on TV. Well, I didn't watch all of those, but snippets, and I've seen all of them before.

I watched Happy Feet and Snakes on Plane. Love 'em both! Happy is one of the best animated features I've ever seen (Oscar well deserved). And Snakes on Plane was good old fashioned disaster movie fun. 'Snakes' didn't do much at the movies, but it'll make up for it on DVD.

I saw Stranger than Fiction too! I liked it! It was funny when he was brushing his teeth and he kept stopping and the narrator also stopped talking. I like Maggie G's character. It was funny when she started yelling "TAXMAN!!" and then everyone started yelling it! I would've liked to tried those cookies! It was an okay movie.
