agree to everything, just get one lawyer between the two of you....give him whatever he wants, pay all the "joint" bills, pay him half of the equity in the house; and be done with it

if it's uncontested you can get a fairly quick divorce. Go to your supreme court house and pick up the documents, step by step...pay the fee's they want...in total it ends up being just under $500.00 (in canada)
if through lawyers......it is Never Quick and will cost a bundle*
