Depends on where you eat and what meal, but I'd imagine the average is around $10.

Depends on whether you are eating out or buying the products and making it yourself.
It probably only costs about $2 to make a sandwich.
Around $5 for a hamburger from a takeaway.
Around $6 for a 'meal' from a fast food restaurant.
Arount $10 for a decent meal at a pub / club / bistro etc.

I'm a college student so I'm on a Tight budget I have 12 dollars a day to spend on food and any thing elce I need to buy that day. an expencive meal to me would be 7 dollars lol, I guess it depends on the person.
