Well, I've had jobs that ranged from killing moles to picking up garbage on the beach (though that one was compliments of a judge and only lasted six weeks). I guess the worst one ever was clean-up crew and grave-digger at a local cemetary. This cemetary also had a funeral home on site so I also had to clean up in the dang embalming room and such. My shift was (naturally) eleven o'clock to six in the morning so I did a lot more cleaning than digging. One night I got to work after having one or twelve too many beers and I just didn't have my heart in it. About one in the AM I just could'nt go another step so I climbed onto a gurney in the delivery room in back and covered up with a blanket. I really only ment to sleep for an hour or so but I woke up at around sixthirty. I guess I looked like something that would scare buzzards off a gut truck cause just about the time I sat up the lady that worked in the front office rounded the corner and she fainted dead away and knocked over some tables and stuff when she saw me. The owner came running and was trying to revive her and all. He was real mad cause the lady actually peed herself and was crying and making a real scene. I tried to apologize to her but when she saw my face she screamed and just acted like a dang nut.
That was my last day on that job.

I used to wash dishes at a hospital and it wasn't that bad for me cause the benefit 's were tops which made the work easier to tolerate,I did this for 2 years, but the worst one I have to say was when I worked for a cinder block plant as a truck driver which was a great job until,I got shafted by seniority and put in the block plant .Standing at the end of a conveyor belt and stacking 80 lb retaining wall blocks on a pallet. did that for 3 hrs and told them to shove it.

I worked in a factory. It was hot in summer (no a/c), I had to stand on my feet all day, the boss was an sob and it paid minimum wage with no benefits. The assembly line would stack up at times to where there was no way to keep up with it.
I really feel for people who have those kinds of jobs. Seems like people who work the hardest are the ones who get paid the least.

I had to scrub down small airplanes in Alaska, when I was 14 years old, for $5 an hour. Now, that was some dirty, nasty work!

oh man, that story from clevis was too funny!!!!! i wonder if it was true, funny none the less. my worst job was being the door girl in a strip club because the music was too loud and i couldnt hear anybody talking to me. it was frustrating. and also boring. i could only leave my station to go to the bathroom and it was really hard to sit in one spot for 9 hours.

Working for the Humane Society. We kept the critters alive long enough to see them put to sleep. Horrible. Just horrible.
