i had this problem once. i have to use a computer at work so this is what i do. only use flat panel / LCD screens. they are easier on your eyes. if you must look at the screen for long periods, take 5 min breaks and look away. it's best to look away and focus on something a few feet away from you desk. better yet, get up and walk around. if you take a small computer screen break every 30 min, it will help.
the computer screens would cause me to get headaches and sometimes migraines and doing these two things ended it for me. if this doesn't help, try seeing an optometrist. do you still have eye pain if you read paper documents (books, newspapers, etc.)? the pain in your eyes may be b/c you need a prescription for glasses.

I had that problem when I started office work. The best solution my optometrist told me was to have a light behind the computer screen. It makes the screen apear duller than the room, so your eyes don't hurt so much. Also every hour or so walk away for a minute or two.

Good luck

you probably use computer most of the time in a day
i would advice to spend less time on computer becus it can make ur eyes weaker
i don't know if spending time on computer is part of your work or u just sit to spend time but anyways, if its part of your work then u should buy one of the protective Shields that u cover up your moniter inoder for stop the harmful rays going up in your eyes and if you just spend time on computer then u need to spend less time on computer, go out, take a walk down your neighborhood or go hang out in a park or if u cant go out..or if u have difficulty going out then get some magazines, books and start to reading it, in that way your eyes wont get hurt

You need to get your eyes checked and then see what your eye doc recommends. He may recommend glasses just for computer use or eye drops or a no glare screen protector., See your eye doc though first and get things checked out.

They say playing with yourself will cause you to go blind. Stay off the porn sites so you won't jack off as much, then you won't go blind. Other than that, go have your eyes checked and eat more carrots.
