I noticed this was posted twice. Just in case you are only checking one of them, I am replying to both. With increases and you still aren't feeling well, it's probably because you need a different thyroid medication. Many of us are that way. I started out on Levoxyl (T4). It did nothing for my symptoms, only lowered the TSH. I'm on Armour (T4/T3) now and feel so much better. I'll post a few sites on Armour thyroid for you to check out. Learn as much as you can about hypothyroidism, as that's the key to getting the best care

i have slightly low thyroid, but nothing too dramatic, i just hate the cold and my body clings to its fat cells to help keep me warmer

and i dont take anything for it because i like to donate blood, and they wont let you if youre on thyroid stuff
