There's a black spot on a leaf of my potted orchid.?

The plant is otherwise very healthy. What is it? What should I do?

Could be a fungal disease called 'black spot' (fancy that?)
You can buy sprays for it in either your local supermarket or nursery. Most rose sprays would address it.
