My betta's did their thing, But now a day later the nest is partly broken up and I don't see the eggs! did he eat them? I took the female out so thats not it! Allso What does the fungus that may grow on them look like?

Sometimes a male will eat the eggs, but it's not that common. Look very closely at what remains of the bubble nest and see if some of the bubbles aren't really eggs. It's not uncommon for a male to only maintain enough nest to keep the eggs floating and allow the rest to dissipate.

Fungus on the eggs would look like a white cottony growth and would first grow on unfertilized eggs but can spread to healthy eggs.
