"shall we"??? If it's preinstalled, why would you want to format it?
Are you having some sort of problems?

When you format a hard drive you will erase all the information on that drive including the OS. you should only need to do this if it's completely corrupted . You will then need to re-install all the software. A time consuming and laborious job. First off though why do you want to?

Yes, U can, but if it is a pre installed os in the sence there should be restore option at booting time. By using that u can restore ur system, better dont format hard drives, if u restore ur system automatically ur hard drives get formated.

Your question is confusing. If you format your hard disk you will distroy all of the items on the hard drive. So you will get rid of everthing on your hard drive. I don't get why you would want to format and start over if its pre installed.
